     We have several programs for producing custom cufflinks:

Custom cufflinks  (50+ Pairs)
Custom cufflink creation and production at wholesale prices.  We start with a three dimensional, computerized rendering of your cufflinks followed by an actual prototype you can touch and feel, followed by the final delivery.  Turnaround is accomplished in three stages, but can be two if a prototype is not required.

Stage 1:  We create a three dimensional, computer generated model of your cufflinks that you approve prior to the prototype or production phase.  This takes about two weeks.

Case Study - Vizio launched a new logo in 2011, and wanted custom solid sterling cufflinks with a minimalistic feel.  We accomplished this by using two different textures of silver, and made a custom, curved backing so that the V would remain upright in the shirt cuff.

Stage 2:  After approval, we make a physical prototype that you can touch and feel.  This takes 4-6 weeks, but can be skipped if you're satisfied with the CAD.

Case Study -
Customer wanted a very specific airfoil shaped cufflink that resembled the edge of a wing.  We modeled the cufflink digitally and created a unique left and right cufflink so that the "wing" would always be pointing forward when worn in the shirt.

Stage 3:  After approval of the prototype, production begins.  Final delivery is about 4-6 weeks from this point.

Case Study -
Diners Club launched a new logo for 2011, and wanted custom cufflinks and charm bracelets that look as if a piece of the new credit card is embedded inside.  The challenge was delivery within a three week timeframe.  Using a semi-custom approach we provided 100 pairs of cufflinks and 50 charm bracelets on time and within budget.

Case Study -
Customer had a logo, but not much else.  Utilizing only the logo we digitized it into a three dimensional rendering, raised the silver portion slightly to give the cufflinks an added dimension, then we filled it with enamel using the exact CMYK color the customer required.

Case Study -
These cufflinks presented a unique challenge.  How to take raw material (meteorites and coins in this case) and make a custom setting for each pair.  We did just that.
Look closely and you'll notice that the backing follows the contour of the meteorite, and each cufflink has a custom pronged setting to keep the meteorite in place.

Please Note:  There is a 50 pair minimum.
